- Characterization and significance of site-specific metabolic changes in tissues using untargeted and targeted metabolomics
- Identification of metabolic factors that influence health and the onset of disease
- Distinguishing differences in metabolic signatures observed between long-lived humans and other organisms compared to shorter-lived humans using untargeted and targeted metabolomics
