"TissueDB" provides a comprehensive hierarchical nomenclature for human histological structures. At this time the database provides more than 3,000 histological and anatomical structures, and more than 7,500 terms. This database also offers information of localization of mRNAs and proteins. This data was collected from scientific papers.
