Provided data sources for your convenience (CC-by) license

A dataset of 444,080 monoacylglycerols, diacylglycerols and mostly triacylglycerols created with the lipidmaps tools and curated with Instant-JChem and Statistica. Small example dataset [TXT] The dataset was created from 1,314,240 glycerolipids and later filtered for unique compounds only. The resulting (TAB) separated datafile with column headers and accurate masses, SMILES code and logP (octanol/water partition coefficient) can be downloaded as 7ZIP file [ZIP]. The datafile is expanded around 164 MB on request I can upload also the SDF file.

Important Disclaimer: The old dataset contained errors due to some problems in the lipidmaps perl code, make sure to validate all you code properly. I decided to remove the dataset, in case of interest please drop me an EMail.
