1. Structure identification of drug metabolites and plant secondary metabolites using tandem mass spectrometry and NMR.

2. Instrumental analysis technique: HPLC (Agilent, Waters, Gilson, Varian etc), GC (Agilent, Varian etc.), GC-MS (Agilent, Shimadzu etc.), LC-MS/MS (ABI 3000, QTrap 4000, Micromass Premier XE, Agilent 6410 etc.), NMR (Brucker, Varian etc.)

3. Endogeneous metabolite profiling in biological samples such as plasma and urine: Eicosanoids, Steroids, Bile acids, and Tryptophan metabolites

4. Animal experiments: Pharmacokinetic study (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion)

5. Enzyme kinetic study using microsomes, rCYP isoforms, and rUGT isoforms.

6. Drug metabolism study: Metabolite identification, Identification of metabolizing enzyme (CYP isoforms, UGT isoforms etc.) responsible for drug metabolism, Kinetics.

7. Drug interaction study: CYP inhibition study using liver microsomes, P-glycoprotein inhibition study using cell line system, Induction study using Caco-2 and LS-174T cells.
